I appreciate how the author encourages the reader to dig into the Word of God for themselves.   She desires that her writings only be a helpful tool to stir up a thirst to read the Word more.  Her writing is well thought out and helps the reader to think through the Scripture that was read.  I would highly recommend this devotional.  It would make the perfect Christmas gift!
